We try to keep things as simple as possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the full cost of the item, minus shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Contact us at hello@staging.staging.thelionsleep.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
